Return Policy: You are advised to check all deliveries carefully. Should packaging be damaged you must reject it or sign for it as damaged. Claims for shortages or damages in transit must be advised within 24hrs days of receipt of order. Any such damage reported within 24hrs days will be collected and replaced/refunded by Online Massage Supplies. In this instance we require that the product is returned in the original packaging/ boxing, securely fastened.

Customer returns are accepted within 7 days. If the item is not damaged and the customer has purchased in error or wishes to exchange the item then the return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
